 thriller produced by C. Kalyan for CK Screens.

Satyadev Kancharana and Aishwarya Lekshmi (in

 her Telugu debut) star in the film, which is a remake of the 2018 Korean film The Negotiation.

 Godse came out on June 17, 2022, to mixed reviews.

Reception

"Satyadev once again hit it out of the park when it comes to getting under the skin of his characters," wrote receptionist Paul Nicodemus of The Times of India. "On the whole, Godse is a half-baked hostage drama with a decent first half," wrote 123Telugu, who gave the film a 2.5 out of 5 rating. "The actor aces his role like a breeze and evokes the right emotions among the viewers." The second half is uninteresting, and the emotional component is lacking. "Has an interesting story of police-politicians nexus, but fails to engage," wrote Y. Sunita Chowdhary of The Hindu. " Asianet Telugu gave the fil a rating of 2 out of 5 and felt that the film is lacking in freshness and similar to Prathinidhi."  "What keeps you going is Satyadev’s sincere and intense performance."
