RC15 is the working title of a political thriller film in Telugu that will be directed by S. Shankar, making his Telugu debut, and written by Karthik Subbaraj. The movie stars Ram Charan and Kiara Advani and was made by Dil Raju and Sirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.

The movie was made public in February 2021, and production began in October 2021. Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Punjab were the locations of filming. S. Thaman composed the music, and Tirru and R. Rathnavelu shot the film.

Development of the Production In February 2021, it was announced that Shankar and Ram Charan would work together on a movie that would be produced by Dil Raju and Sirish. The movie will be Shankar's directorial debut in Telugu cinema.They started with the working title RC15 because it is intended to be Charan's 15th film as the lead actor. It is also referred to as SVC50 because it is Sri Venkateswara Creations' 50th production.In an interview with Cinema Vikatan in January 2022, Karthik Subbaraj revealed that he wrote the original story, with Shankar writing the screenplay. Sai Madhav Burra contributed the dialogues. Shameer Muhammed was brought in for editing.Charan reportedly plays a dual role as a father and R. Rathnavelu was temporarily in charge when Tirru was unavailable for personal reasons.
